3 Day Diet

This diet plan is to be used for only 3 days at a time. If you follow it correctly, you will be able to lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days.

After 3 days of following the diet, resume eating normally for at least one week — do not overeat.

After that, you can start back on the diet for another 3 days if you like.

You may add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and ketchup to your foods.

You may have diet soda or any diet drink without sugar or use only diet sweeteners. Drink a minimum of 4 glasses of water daily.

This diet is based on low calorie intake, as long as you eat the same number of calories in any type of food you will lose weight fast.

You can switch the diet food around any way you wish or replace the foods on the list for another with the same caloric value.

- Day One -

Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 slice toast with 1 Tbs.
Peanut Butter
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 saltine crackers
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Dinner
3 oz. any lean meat
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 medium apple
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 

 

- Day Two -

Breakfast
1 egg (any style)
1 slice toast
1 banana
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 saltine crackers
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Dinner
2 beef franks or hot dogs
1/2 cup carrots
1 banana
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 

 

- Day Three -

Breakfast
5 regular saltine crackers
1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese
1 apple
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Lunch
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
Water, black coffee or tea
(use only diet sweetener) 
Dinner
1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup melon
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

(use only diet sweetener)
