The Jenny Craig weight loss program helps clients learn how to eat the foods they want, increase their energy level through simple activity, and build more balance into their lives for optimal weight loss and well-being.
Along with low-fat food choices and portion control, the program emphasizes the importance of tuning in to physical and emotional eating cues and the pleasure of eating via a client journal, as well as balanced menus.
By teaching clients to be mindful about what they eat, it also reassures them that all foods can be eaten in moderation.
Maintain an Active Lifestyle for Maximum Weight Loss:

Jenny Craig walking audio cassettes are available on Amazon and eBay. However, these require walking with a casette recorder. I am not sure why Jenny Craig has never made these available on iTunes.
The audio casettes encourage clients to engage in a variety of exercise regimens including walking as well as cardiorespiratory, resistance and stretching activities.

At Jenny Craig the goal is to help you learn not only how to lose weight, but how to effectively maintain your weight loss as well. The Maintenance component of our Platinum Membership helps transition you from Jenny’s Cuisine to planning your own Menus. During Maintenance Consultations, you are guided through the Maintenance Mastery Manual to help you “master” the skills essential for long-term success.
Jenny Craig offers three Membership choices to meet your needs: The Simple Meal Plan, The Essential Meal Plan and the Rapid Results Max Weight Loss Plan.
Following the Jenny Craig weight loss program you can expect to lose up to 17 pounds in your first 4 weeks on the Rapid Results Max program.
If you prefer not to come into a Center… or there are none in your area
the Jenny Direct At-Home Program allows you to participate in the Jenny Craig Program from the convenience of your own home.
You enjoy weekly phone “meetings” with your trained Consultant, and order their Jenny’s Cuisine in at least two-week increments. Many clients prefer to order their food in four-week increments.
By following the Jenny Craig Menus, you’ll be practicing habits like portion control that are essential for healthy weight loss and successful weight management. As your comfort level grows, you’ll begin planning your own menus.
